Take some leaves of the parwal (pointed gourd, Trichosanthes diocia), some giner, black pepper, peepal root (Ficus religiosa) and rock salt. These are the ingredients. Take about 200 milliliters of castor oil, about five grams of camphor and about 100 milliliters of honey. Blend all these together. Then take a neem twig.
